Burukutu  is an  alcoholic beverage , brewed from the grains of  Guinea corn  ( Sorghum bicolor ) and  millet  ( Pennisetum glaucum ). The  alcoholic beverage is often produced in  Tropical African countries  such as  Nigeria ,  Kenya ,  Ethiopia  and  Burundi  as one of the major traditional and local  alcoholic drink . It is commonly consumed in Northern Guinea savanna region of Nigeria,  Ghana  and  Republic of Benin . Burukutu production involves five basic stages, which includes: steeping, malting, mashing, fermentation and maturation.  The production begins by malting, which involves the conversion of the Guinea corn or millet grains into malt and this takes place on a malting floor. This  process is followed by steeping, which involves the soaking of the grains in water for at least three days to allow the grain to absorb moisture and to begin to  sprout . When...

Ogbono soup , known as apon to the  Yoruba people , is a  Nigerian  dish made with ground dry  ogbono  seeds   (the local name for  Irvingia ) seeds, with  considerable local variation. The ground ogbono seeds are used as a thickener, and give the soup a black coloration. Besides seeds, water and  palm oil , it typically contains  meat  and/or  fish   seasonings  such as  chili pepper ,   leaf vegetables  and other  vegetables .  Typical leaf vegetables include  bitterleaf  and  celosia . Typical other vegetables include  tomatoes  and  okra . Typical seasonings include chiles,  onions , and  iru  (fermented locust beans). Typical  meats include  beef ,  goat ,  fish ,  chicken,  bush meat ,  shrimp , or  crayfish .

Report of Khafi Kareem having sex on Big Brother house with Gedoni seems to be a trending issue in the UK as Sky News presenters were spotted discussing it amid report of her getting sacked.  The Sun news presenter discussing Khaki's sex involvement in @Bbnaija reality show.  The reality show star joined MET Police as a PC based at Lambeth station in 2015, having worked part-time as a special constable for four years. Khafi was also once a 'poster girl' for the promotion of female and black staff. 'The Rock' body-slams 'fabricated' tabloid interview decrying 'snowflake' culture

Wrestler turned international movie star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson body-slammed a British tabloid on Friday for posting what he called a “fabricated” interview featuring him bashing “snowflakes.” Johnson  took to Instagram Friday evening to “set the record straight” over a story published earlier in the day by The Daily Star. If you’re a regular follower of the Trump presidency, you wouldn’t be surprised with Buhari’s presidency that’s so much in love with media. The only difference is that while the White House regularly engages the media and answers inquiries, Buhari’s Aso Rock choose only the inquiries that favor their base. They don’t respond to allegation like Kemi Adeosun forgery saga or the army of lawyers hired by the AGF to reclaim Abatcha’s loot. They don’t.
