Habits define a man or woman. In fact we are
all products of our habits. Some habits are
good and some are bad. The good ones are
worth keeping and the bad ones have to be
changed. Most people have some really bad
habits that damage their skin and prevent them
from getting the perfect glow everyone wants.
Some of these bad skin habits are so
internalised that they are hard to get rid of.
Every aspect of your life affects your skin. For
example, staying up late at night will give you
dull skin. If you don't drink enough water, your
skin will be dry. Healthy skin habits come out
of a healthy lifestyle.
If you want to get glowing skin, then you have
to start changing your habits now. And the very
beginning of your beauty regime should be to
get rid of the bad skin habits that you have.
You may not even be aware that some of your
activities are bad for your skin. So here is a list
of the bad skin habits that you need to get rid
of right away.
1, Drinking less water Hydrated skin is beautiful
skin. If you drink less water, your skin will be
dry and rough. You will also have mild
breakouts as the toxins remain in your skin.
2, Frowning too much If you frown too often,
you will get more wrinkles. So always smile!
3, Smoking Cigarette
Smoke has so many toxins that it is hard to list
all. Smoking makes your skin age faster and is
responsible for patchy skin.
4, Picking blackheads
Picking blackheads and bursting pimples on
your face will not help you to get clear skin. It
will only make your face look pockmarked.
5, Not eating veggies
Fresh vegetables are the best food for your
skin. If you ignore eating veggies, you will never
have glowing skin.
6, Not sleeping enough
Every girl needs her beauty sleep. When you
sleep, the cells in your skin are rejuvenated. If
you sleep little, you will have dull skin and dark
circles around your eyes.
7, Binge drinking
Alcohol is not good for your skin. Alcohol
makes you bloated and you age faster.
8, Eating junk food
Junk food contains trans fats and toxins. If you
want to get glowing skin, you have to cut down
on your junk food intake.
9, Using bad makeup
Using too much or bad quality makeup ruins
your skin. Makeup doesn't allow your skin to
breathe. Your skin can become rough and dull
due to makeup damage.
10, Addicted to mobile phones
If you are stuck to the mobile phone 24/7, the
harmful radiations from the cell will damage
your skin. Speak on hands-free or on
earphones.
11, Not washing face at night
The oil glands under our skin constantly
produce oils. So washing your face at night
cleanses the skin of oil and dirt that can result
in breakouts.
12, Not eating enough fruits
Eating fruits daily will not only give you good
health but also glowing skin.
